Our Mission
Totus Tuus Catholic Youth Organization's (CYO) mission is to form our youth, "Our Future", in a love for Christ, faithful to the Magisterium, the successor of Peter and the traditions of the Church, and as leaders and living witnesses of faith to others. It is dedicated to helping youth/families from various parishes find opportunities to come together for friendship and support, growing in holiness and virtue in a fun-loving and distinctively Catholic setting. One of our goals is to strengthen families and to foster positive Mother/Daughter and Father/Son relationships as imitated by our Holy Family. We do this by offering programs, retreats, camps, and conferences meant to strengthen not only individual families, but parish families within a diocese. At Totus Tuus CYO we want to establish a future of hope for our youth and help to foster vocations whether it be to the priesthood, religious life, or strong Catholic marriages, if God so wills it of them.

Totus Tuus - What does it mean?
Totus Tuus CYO, itself came into being after addressing the burning question to ourselves and others, "How can we create a future of hope for our Catholic youth?" Frustrated by the worldly influence infiltrating our youth and families, we sought to change culture, before it tried to change us .The inspiration for the name came while reading the book "True Devotion to Mary", by St. Louis DeMontfort.

The term "Totus Tuus", Latin for "Totally Yours" hit us instantly. This book and term was very significant for Pope John Paul II, because it not only changed his life, but it led him to believe that it was through Mary that he should consecrate his entire life to. We felt the same, and after great prayer, and little "god-incidences" along the way, Totus Tuus CYO became a reality. Guided by the Holy Spirit and fervent prayer by ourselves and others, this new "grass roots" Catholic organization continues to be led by the Holy Spirit to help shape those individuals, parishes and dioceses that so choose to welcome Totus Tuus CYO and its programs.

Totus Tuus CYO - Impacting Youth and Families with Virtue Based Programs
Totus Tuus Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) is a Roman Catholic 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in September, 2003 by Terry and Lisa Quinn, parents of five children (ages 2-12). It is comprised of a board with one year terms and a number of advisers. Terry owns his own business, and has a Masters in Theology Degree from Ave Maria University, and a Post-Collegiate Degree from Christopher West's Institute on Theology of The Body. Lisa's vocation is that of wife, mother and teacher (homeschooling 4 of the 5 children).

Totus Tuus CYO offers Catholic virtue-based programs for ages 5-18…plus adults! Our programs focus on virtues, lives of the saints, catechesis, scripture, apologetics, and theology of the body (teens and adults). We encourage Priests, Religious Orders, and Lay Persons to be present at any of our programs, as often as they are able. Also, unlike many other youth programs, Totus Tuus CYO is unique in that it offers Mother/Daughter and Father/Son programs where the Mothers and Fathers are instrumental in forming and participating directly in our programs. Their very presence is a profound witness to their son(s) or daughter(s). The beauty is that they get to grow in faith together, and have fun with other families while doing it!
